Where we ship
Online checkout is available for the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC, plus Canada, Mexico, and supported European destinations. For Alaska, Hawaii, or another destination not offered at checkout, email sales@thirstyrockhydration.com for a shipping quote before ordering.
Shipping & Handling
Within the contiguous United States, Shipping & Handling is a flat $14.95 per order, sent USPS Priority Mail — typically 1–3 business days once it leaves us.
Orders of $350 or more ship free within the contiguous United States only, sent USPS Ground Advantage, typically 2–5 business days.
- Canada: $45 Shipping & Handling per order.
- Mexico: $45 Shipping & Handling per order.
- Europe: $65 Shipping & Handling per order.
The free-shipping offer does not apply outside the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and destinations not offered at checkout are quoted individually before payment.

Getting your order out
Orders are packed and dispatched from Oakland, Arkansas. We aim to get gear moving quickly, and you will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. If anything is going to hold your order up, we will tell you rather than leave you wondering.
Delivery estimates
The delivery windows shown at checkout or provided in a shipping quote are the carrier’s estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, customs, and carrier backlogs can all add time once a parcel is out of our hands.
Your address
Please check your shipping address before paying. We ship to the address provided with your order, and we cannot recover a parcel sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we will change it if the order has not already shipped.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your tracking has stopped moving, your parcel arrives damaged, or it does not arrive at all, email sales@thirstyrockhydration.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier and make it right.
