We stand behind our hydration gear.

We are confident that our hydration gear products are made with the best materials available, without design or quality defects. However, if you believe that one of our products doesn’t live up to our standards, we want to make it right with you, our valued customer.

If your hydration gear suffers damage because of an accident or misuse on your part, we will do our very best to work with you to get your gear working again with as little cost and hassle to you as possible, because that is just being a good friend.

Now, we can’t keep your hydration gear in “new” condition and your gear will age through normal wear and tear. You should only use our gear in the manner intended in their design. Most of our gear requires some minimal maintenance to continue to work as they did when they were new.

Thank you for shopping ThirstyRock Hydration Gear. As a small company we are unable to absorb the cost of returns, especially when the gear has been used. If there’s a problem or defect with the gear… we will make it right and send you a replacement part at no cost to you.

YOUR order REFUND RIGHTS:

You have the right to request a refund within 7 days for any reason, from the date that you or your intended recipient received your order, as long as the hydration gear product has not been used.

We will reimburse the retail product price of the hydration gear that you purchased within 14 days from the day that we receive the returned product. Your refund will be made through the same means of payment that you used when placing the original order.

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product/s were received in the last 7 days.
• he product/s are in the original packaging.
• The product/s have not been used or damaged in any way.

The following products cannot be returned:

• Products returned which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed or used after received by you, the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse the returns of any products or merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, and to prorate a refund amount based on the condition of the returned product.
