These terms
By placing an order with us you agree to the terms on this page, together with our Shipping Policy and our Return & Refund Policy. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is unavailable, a price is wrong, or we cannot ship to your address — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or where the order is outside the areas we ship to.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable tax, both of which are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Using the gear safely
Our hydration gear is designed to be mounted and worn while riding. Fit and secure it according to the instructions supplied, check your mounting before every ride, and never let it obstruct your controls, your vision or your movement. You are responsible for riding safely and for complying with the law where you ride.
Our content
The text, photography, designs and branding on this site belong to O’Dochartaigh LLC and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission.
Limits on our liability
We stand behind what we make, and nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States.
