I purchased the bag at the 2023 Deadwood Rally. This year as I was riding here the bag was leKing and I could not figure out why. Turns out the o ring rolled into the back notch of the hose where it should be in the groove closer to the tip. They also helped me figure out a better way to mount the bag for my bike. I love it. I definitely drink more water when i use it. Plus it keeps lip sunscreen or lipstick cool!
