i purchased my thirstyrock hydration tank bag in 2019 and have been very satisfied with your product. It is so nice to grab the drink tube and have ice cold drinking water. I’ve logged several thousand miles since and never had an issue. During my last ride there were incredible crosswinds. When i grabbed for the tube it wasn’t there. turns out the s-biner is only effective if properly attached. My tube had blown down to the engine and I’m sure you know the result of that. I went to their website but couldn’t find the parts that had melted so I contacted the company. When I relayed my story to Dan, I was surprised to receive replacement parts within days.
