If I could give 10 stars, I would! The quality and craftsmanship that went into the design and production of the tank bag is exceptional. So sturdy! Clips, fabric, hose…all are solid quality. No flimsy shortcuts went into this bag. As for customer service, Dan contacted me almost daily…even on weekends and after regular business hours… when I ordered my bag within days of my bike trip. He assured me it would get to me in time, and it did, With 2 days to spare! I just cannot say enough good about this product and this company. I will recommend this to every biker i know and see.
