As i was heading out on my first trip with my new bag, i found a hole in the bladder and mouth piece was allowing air. I sent an email and Dan quickly responded. He gave me some tips for a temporary fix and sent out a new bladder and hose assembly. I was able to finish my trip using my bag. Great product and top notch CUSTOMER service. Highly recommend.
